Our Manufacturing Processes

CNC milling is a precision machining technique that uses a computer-controlled multi-axis milling machine with rotating cutting tools to shape workpieces, creating parts with complex geometries and high accuracy.

CNC lathe is a rotational machining process where the workpiece spins on a spindle while cutting tools move along the axis to cut, suitable for producing cylindrical or rotationally symmetric precision parts.

5-Axis machining is an advanced CNC technology that enables cutting along five coordinate axes simultaneously, allowing for the machining of complex three-dimensional shapes, enhancing efficiency and part accuracy.

CNC wire cutting is an electro-erosion machining technique that uses a thin metal wire as an electrode to cut workpieces in a dielectric liquid-filled container, suitable for manufacturing parts with high precision and intricate shapes.
